US DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free economy shipping on orders over $200 USD. For orders under $200, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles via USPS or UPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days to the West Coast and 3–5 business days to the East Coast. Please note that order processing takes an additional 1–3 business days prior to shipment.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, particularly during holidays and peak sale seasons. Please allow extra time for order processing during these periods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, excluding order processing time (1–3 business days). Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal and destination. There are no additional fees upon delivery. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause unexpected delays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your shipment is delayed, please review the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package appears to be lost, contact the carrier directly or email us at support@sokoishop.com.

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address.
