US DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free economy shipping for orders over $200 USD. For orders under $200, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout with estimated delivery time. Estimated delivery time does not include order processing which may take 1-3 business days. Please note that estimated delivery time is not guaranteed especially during holiday seasons. 

Once your order is shipped, most orders take between 1-5 business days to arrive at your door. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sale seasons. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping usually takes 7-14 days excluding order processing time (1-3 days). Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout with duties and import taxes based on the order subtotal and shipment destination. There is no additional fee charged upon delivery once your payment is done. Please note that custom clearance procedures can delay packages beyond our control.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS, UPS or DHL) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS, UPS or DHL.
