SOKOI CREATES NEW LANDSCAPE OF YOGAWEAR
SOKOI started in search of comfortable and breathable yoga clothes alternative to tight activewear made of synthetic fiber. Leggings have become so associated with yoga, however, to practice yoga asana, you just need attire that won’t get in the way of your movement. Rather than fitted garments, we make loose fit yoga clothes that give enough room for your body movement.
WE ALL WANT TO BE CLEAN
All our garments are made of clean plant-based materials that do not harm our body and nature. Earthy neutral color pallets are a reflection of the diverse landscape of California where the brand is designed and made.
NOT JUST FOR YOGA
Our yoga clothes can be worn all day without screaming yogawear. Wear SOKOI during yoga practice, running for errands, or even go out. It is a combination of comfort, breathability, sustainability and beauty.
WHY SHE CREATED THE BRAND
SOKO, OUR FOUNDER
Soko is a yogi who has been practicing yoga for 4 years. Yoga has become more important part of her life ever since she moved to the States from Seoul, Korea during the pandemic.
She never found tight activewear made of synthetic fiber to express her personality. She started wearing loose fit clothes for her yoga practice and soon realized yogawear doesn’t need to be super tight to perform well.
Many yogis respect the value of our nature and they have diverse tastes. However, the current yogawear market is dominated by fitness activewear which limits yogis to express who they are by what they wear.
SOKOI was created because she needed a yogawear that is clean for her body and our nature while it keeps her style, and she believed that there are many yogis who pursue the same value.
