EXCHANGE

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free shipping for exchanges - limited to 1 time per order. If you want to exchange your order for different size/color/products, please email to hello@sokoishop.com. We'll assist your exchange request as soon as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer exchange for International orders due to shipping and custom clearance complexity. 

 

RETURN

DOMESTIC ORDERS

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn and unwashed with tags. 

Original shipping cost is not refundable and we charge $8.00 return shipping fee (except Alaska and Hawaii). This amount will be deducted from your refund. If your order was delivered by free shipping, $16.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for round trip shipping. 

* Final Sale items and Gift Cards can not be returned. 

 

TO START A RETURN

  1. Click Return Request
  2. In the email field, enter your email address and then click Continue. Enter the six-digit verification code that is sent to your email. 
  3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the item that you want to return. 
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 
  5. Click Request Return. 

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instruction and a return shipping label. Please ship your return package within 5 business days after you receive your return label. 

* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any question regarding your return, please email us at hello@sokoishop.com

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You can return your order within 7 days after receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed with tags and with the original shipping package. 

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, custom fees and shipping charges for original and return shipping. All these fees you paid won’t be refunded, and the fees incurred for return will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
