RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES

We offer free shipping for exchanges (limited to 1 time per order). If you want to exchange your order to different sizing or to different products, please email to hello@sokoishop.com. We'll assist your exchange request as soon as possible.

 * All items marked as Final Sale can not be returned, but it can be exchanged to different size or different items. For Final Sale item exchange, we will send the round trip shipping fee invoice, and proceed shipping after the invoice is paid. If there is any balance, it will be refunded to store credits. 

 

RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

* Please note that original shipping cost is not refundable and we charge $5.99 return shipping fee (for US domestic order except Alaska and Hawaii). This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

* If your order was delivered by free shipping, $11.98 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for round trip deliveries.


To start a return, click Return Request

1. In the email field, enter your email address and then click Continue. Enter the six-digit verification code that is sent to your email. 

2. Click order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the item that you want to return. 

3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 

4. Click Request Return. 

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instruction and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund.

 

* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any question regarding your return, please email us at hello@sokoishop.com


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders. personalized items, sale items or gift cards. 

*All items marked as Final Sale can not be returned.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
